We do accept 7-DAYS return policy whereby any damaged item (caused by the manufacturer) received by our customers are required to be returned within 7 days from the day they receive the parcel. Once the damaged item has been safely returned to our team, then only we will provide a REFUND plus the postage fees within 7 days after the confirmation.
In order the customer has change of mind, the returned goods/products will be checked and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. Customers must aware that they have to bear the postage fees.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Kiddie Oasis Enterprise will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
